HyperboloidHypertac is a superior performing hyperboloidcontact technology designed for use in harshand demanding environments where highreliability and safety are critical. The inherentelectrical and mechanical characteristics ofthe Hypertac hyperboloid contact ensuresunrivaled performance in terms of reliability,number of mating cycles, low contact force andminimal contact resistance.

Spring ProbesSpring probes are designed to optimize performancein high reliability, multi-cycle applications. Springprobes are compliant contacts which makes themideal for blind mate applications as they self-correctfor x, y, z, rotational and angular misalignment of thetarget. Offered in compressed heights less than 2mm and utilized on pitches as tight as 0.4mm, they

are well-suited for high density, board-to-board,battery contact, and high frequency applications.

EMI/EMP Filter EMI lter connectors use co-red multi-layer ceramiccapacitor arrays together with inductive materialsto realize robust, high performance low pass lternetworks. They can be combined with high energyTVS diode technology to achieve high level lightningand EMP transient protection.

Fiber Optic TerminiFiber optic contacts support wide bandwidthapplications and are suitable for inclusion ina broad variety of connector styles. All beroptic connectors and contacts are offered fullyterminated and tested ensuring signal integrityfor ruggedized application environments.

RF Coax/TriaxCoax and Triax contacts provide superiorelectrical performance plus shielding toeliminate interference from outside electricalsources in a connector. Triaxial contacts aredesigned for low-loss concentric 50, 75 and 95Ohm cable types.

High Speed DataQuadrax and Twinax contacts are designed fortransmission of Ethernet high-speed signalsrequired in harsh environment applicationswhere excellent integrity and high reliabilityare crucial. Manufacturing to the followingprotocols: Fiber Channel, Ethernet (10 Base-T,100 Base-T, 1000 Base-T), Firewire (IEEE1394A and 1394B), USB, DVI and inniband.
