In this number we will introduce what Rabotti S.r.l. is able to offer concerning test and encoding of piezoelectric Bosch

injectors ( CRI 3)

In order to test this kind of injectors is necessary to have Piezo Board’s kit that has within it :

1) ELNBRD00118-2 (picture 1): new electronic board to

be integrated on the equipments that are already equi-

pped with MBB board.

2) OLERAC00462 (picture 2): plastic connector for Bosch injectors’ backflow

3) OLETBO00136 (picture 3) Contropressure valve group

to install on the backflow to allow the correct function

of the injector.

led on Rabotti equipments,

while picture 7 shows an

example of an injector’s final

report CRI3-16.

First of all the report shows a result of ISA test and after the scope measures ma-

de in the test VL, EM, LL e VE as well as the size of the backflow for a complete

and exhaustive analysis of the injector during the test.
