HMHD LAMINATES

HMHD laminate is expanded cellularpolyethelene laminated with high molecular high density polyfilm and is generally available in thickness of 0.75mm, 1.00mm, 1.20mm, 1.75mm, and 2.00mm. HMHD pouches, dust covers and higher thickness can be m a d e a v a i l a b l e o n r e q u e s t .NB: HDPE woven fabric, metallised film, BOPP, AL-foil, polyester film and air bubble film can also be laminated with E P E Fo a m S h e et o n r e qu e s t .

Product is generally available in standard sizes, however cut to size sheets, fabricated fitments and adhesive back sheets also available on request. It is heat laminated expanded cellular polyethelene sheet available in thickness of 15mm to 100mm. The special hot air welding process creates absolutely homogeneous planks to withstand heavy stress and strains of the environment and therefore the product is highly resilient, which subsequently results in higher vibration dampening and shock absorbing capacity.

RAGHAV-LS

RAGHAV-LRThe each individual layer, has a fine cell structure and is laminated by a special hot air welding process to produce homogenous microcellular composite having unique property of high resilience with a smooth and soft surface finish.It is a multilayered expanded cellular polyethelene foam available in thickness of 5mm to 12mm in continuous roll foam.

RAGHAV-SL

It is a directly extruded monolayer expanded cellular polyethelene foam available in thickness of 1mm to 5mm in continuous roll foam. Also available are slitted, perforated rolls and tailor made cut sheets of specific sizes.

ConstructionRaghav RWP a closed cell extruded product, reinforced with a special water-impermeable polymeric interlay with almost negligible water vapour absorption, diffusion and transmission rates is being used successfully in construction industry, which offers dual benefit of water proofing cum roof thermal insulation on RCC roofs, making it cost effective. Raghav Back-up rods find application in expansion joints, anti-vibration in roofs, walls, tunnels, bridges, highways etc. As a gasketing material in pre-fabricated houses, window frames and glass reinforcement etc. As a sealant for water reservoirs, pools and channels.

Abrasive CharacteristicExpanded polyethylene exhibiting zero abrasion property becomes most suitable for packing smooth precision and highly polished surface product.

BuoyancyEPE having no water absorption and a very low density, exhibits excellent property of buoyancy. Chemical ResistanceEPE is insert to almost all chemicals including strong acids but exception being toluene benzene and carbon tetrachloride. Microbial FreeEPE is non hydroscopic and does not have any nutritional value hence does not attract insects likes ants, cockroaches and termites and does not allow moulds or fungus to develop on it.
