Resident Associate Program What is the Resident Associate Program? The Resident Associate Program (RAP) meets the needs of Loyola’s most recent graduates by encouraging small and mid-sized firms that do not typically hire entry level attorneys, to hire the newest members of the legal profession. Initiated with the Class of 2014, RAP will help you pursue your career goals by providing incentive for small and mid-sized firm employers to hire you as an entry-level associate. Through RAP, the Law School shares the responsibility of continuing to train the graduate during the one-year program and the employers pay a salary similar to a post-graduate legal fellowship. Eligibility Must be a December 2016 or May 2017 graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles Must commit to employment with the RAP employer for the entire year Application and Selection Process To learn more about the Resident Associate Program please contact Jolene Horn or Marla Najbergier at (213) 736-1150 or by email at [email protected] or [email protected].
