1225/2014 titled Pramod Arora Vs LG of Delhi has directed as under:-

"This Court had, during the pendency of this petition, directedthe NCT to ensure that a certain number of seats are set aside inthe pre-primary and primary admission processes to the 43schools listed in Annexure B, as is seen by the interim ordersmade in these Proceedings. Since those schools have the capacityto cater to the needs of CWSN, the GNCT snen. after appropriateinspection, design an appropriate admission mechanism tooptimize the filling of those seats from -amongst CWSN candidates,having regard to the facilities available in each school, the needsof the candidate, and to the extent possible, the neighbourhoodcriteria. "

In pursuance of the direction of the Hon'ble High Court, followingdirections are issued for strict compliance ..

All DOEs shall conduct inspection of the schools from theenclosed list falling under their jurisdiction with regard to the facilitiesavailable in each school for the Children with Special Needs (CWSN)and submit report in the proforma enclosed within seven days onissuance of this order.

All the schools enlisted in Annexure 'B' of the said writ petitionshall extend full co-operation to the Inspecting Team and furnish therequisite. information with regard to the facilities available with theschool for Children with Special Needs so that Directorate of Education,Govt. of NCT of Delhi can take appropriate steps to get CWSNadmitted as soon as possible.
