WARM UP
MondayApril 6th, 2009 (4/6/2009)
As many of you know, Mr. Hampton spent most of his spring break moving all of his “crap” from his old, rental house to his newly purchased home.
For those that do not know, this is actually the 3rd home I’ve tried to purchase. #1: 4/2 in Hawthorne, FL Refused to sell. #2: 3/2 in Ocala, FL Too greedy/did not want
to repair 24 year old leaking roof. #3 (THE WINNER): 3/2 in Ocala, FL Two ex-
teachers used to live there and passed away.

I have been watching HGTV (Home and Garden Television) for the past 6 months.
I have a lot of ideas on renovation and now I have a house to do them to.
My first project: mounting the television above the fireplace.

Demoing makes a lot of mess. Re-routing cable through the attic and
breathing fiberglass insulation IS NOT HEALTHY.
Painting sucks. 42” Plasma televisions are VERY heavy.
