providing customized mixing equipment for the cosme-
tics, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.
From design to final realization Consorzio Monsaldo
meets the highest quality standards and any specific
need of the production process. The equipment are
always designed and manufactured in accordance with
the guidelines and requirements of the customer, in line
with the technical departments concerned.
Consorzio Monsaldo achieved over the years a strong
specialization in the cosmetics industry, manufactu-
ring mixing equipment with internal polished mirror
finish, mainly dedicated to the production of beauty
creams, gel, bath foam, liquid soap.
The mixing equipment allow to reduce production ti-
mes, obtaining the maximum efficiency and a great opti-
mizing of the production processes.
All equipment are designed and constructed according
the Directive CE.
Consorzio Monsaldo est très spécialisé dans la con-
ception et la fabrication d'équipements de mélange sur
mesure dédiés à l’industrie cosmétique, pharmaceu-
tique, chimique et alimentaire.
De la conception à la réalisation finale, Consorzio Mon-
saldo répond aux normes de qualité les plus élevées et
aux besoins spécifiques des processus de production.
Les mélangeurs sont toujours personnalisés et conçus
selon les spécifications et les exigences spécifiques du
client, en accord avec les départements techniques con-
cernés.
Consorzio Monsaldo a atteint au cours des années une
forte spécialisation l'industrie cosmétique en réalisant
équipements de mélange avec finition interne poli
miroir pour, dédiés principalement à la production de
crèmes de beauté, gels, savon de bain, savon liquide.
La conception du système de mélange permet d'obtenir
des temps de productions très courts.
Tous les équipements, en acier inoxydable, sont conçus
et construits selon la directive CE.
