Separate WIP count and FTR % for AE
• The WIP count and FTR % for AE (and QA-AE) are now separated from the other technical roles which consist of QS and TC.
– For example, instead of showing 5 remaining issues in total, we can now see 2 issues are on Technical (QS and TC) while 3 are on Optimization (AE). The same goes to the FTR calculation.
• The same KPIs will be reflected in the PMR email.
• However, these changes have not been applied to the PMR Mobile yet. Hence, you will still see a single Technical WIP and FTR in the PMR Mobile for all the technical roles (QS, TC and AE) combined.
Technical – shows the WIP and FTR for QS/TC.
Optimization – shows the WIP and FTR for AE.

• If your project has optimization, you can now update the Optimization State to reflect the current state in the project. It is, by default, set to “Dormant”.

Topic: VCM

• To measure the effect of VCM on the efficiency of modeling work, the average hours spent per issue is calculated based on the data of the week before and exported on a weekly basis to the Systems and Projects KPI Overview dataset for all the projects that are active and have not ended.
VCM KPI
• “Issues touched by” – Any issues that involve the QS/QAQS/AE/QAAE regardless of the issue status (including withdrawn issues). As long as there is any activity status created in the week with the QS/QAQS/AE/QAAE as the owner, the issue will be counted in. If there are more than one activity status created for the same QS in the same week, the issue will be counted only once in that week.
• E.g., if an issue is to be solved by QS John in week 30, returned to John in week 31 and then accepted in week 31, then this issue will be counted in both week 30 and 31 since the time is spent in both weeks.
• Issues that do not involve QS/QAQS/AE/QAAE at all, e.g. issues that are created by the customer and closed by the BC without any modeling work, will not be counted in.
• “Timesheet hours” – Approved timesheet hours in Maconomy on a weekly basis.• We are only interested in the phases where modeling work is involved, hence Initialization and Analysis
phase are excluded.• The KPI will be calculated and exported starting from 1st Jan 2015.
Average hours spent per issue = number of issues touched by QS/QAQS/AE/QAAE (so all the modeling roles) in the week
divided by the timesheet hours clocked (by these same people) in the same week
taking into account all the phases except Initialization and Analysis phase.

• ID 4851: Tab order in import issues dialog has been fixed.
• SCP 67739, 67748: Booked hours on project level include only QPLC phases now which is consistent with the booked hours on phase level.
