Class Policies

Class fee is due at the time of registration. If registration is by phone, you may pay by bank card or mail

in payment.

Cancellations: 7 days notice is required for a cancellation if you wish a full refund or transfer to another

class. In the event of a class cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Cell phones in the class room: Please turn your cell phone to the vibrate position. If you receive a call or

text message, please take the phone call out of the class room in consideration of the teacher & others.

Class supplies: Be sure to check your supply list and instructions before class. Have all of your fabrics

prepped and supplies on hand so your class will be successful.

Students receive a 10% discount on all class supplies.

Please be aware: United States Copy Right Laws REQUIRE EACH student to have their own,

ORIGINAL pattern when taking a class.

If the class you are taking begins at the same time the store opens, please do not arrive more than 15

minutes before class. This will allow the staff and teacher to finish their preparations.

Do you have a particular class you are interested in but don’t see on the schedule? We will gladly find a teacher and set-up a

date and time for three or more students. We also will cut kits for any classes– just ask a week in advance of the class.

Retreats are a great way to spend uninterrupted

hours of sewing, looking at beautiful scenery,

eating good food and enjoying great company.

Ours are held from Thursday to Sunday afternoon.

Fee includes dinner Thursday through Saturday,

breakfast Friday through Sunday, and plenty of

space to spread out and sew! Retreat sizes are lim-
