F-Series Vibra Drives

Syntron Vibra Drive Units provide directional vibra-tory conveying movement to a track, trough or anyresponsive surface. They are designed for use withpackaging machines or special process equipmentrequiring a metered flow of bulk materials or parts.Syntron Vibra Drives are designed for easy adjust-ment, including external tuning on most models.

RS Series Drive

Velocity RS Drive Unit handlestrough masses from 2 to 7pounds.

Model BF-3 will handle a20-40 pound mass with up to.070 stroke.

BF-Series Vibra Drives

Standard manual controls include all the necessaryelectrical components. Simply connect the control box toan electrical source and to the electromagnetic vibratoror feeder for quick, complete installation.

Syntron Vibrating Feeders are furnished with a standardcontrol to vary the flow of material through the feederby adjusting the amplitude of the feeder pan. Standardcontrol units include an operating switch, fuse andadjustable control to vary the amplitude.

Electromagnetic VibratorsSyntron Electromagnetic Vibrators are ideal for continuousor intermittent operation. An easily adjustable controlassures optimum and variable material flow. DependableSyntron Electromagnetic Vibrators are virtually maintenance-free because the electromagnetic design eliminates movingparts. Most models come standard with fully-encloseddust-tight and watertight construction.

Vibrator Models

Pneumatic VibratorsSyntron Pneumatic Vibrators can be installed whereelectricity is not readily available because they use com-pressed air. Two types of pneumatic vibrators, turbineand piston, are available. Designed to keep operatingnoise at a minimum, Syntron Pneumatic Turbine Vibratorsare ideal for locations where noise pollution is undesirable.Vibrator speed is adjusted by simply varying the air supply.Pneumatic turbine vibrators feature totally enclosedconstruction which eliminates concern over environmentalfactors such as dust, dirt or moisture.

Electric Rotary VibratorsSyntron Electric Rotary Vibrators are motor driven forreduced noise levels. These rugged vibrators are totallyenclosed for reliable operation in dusty, dirty or moistenvironments. Eccentric weights allow easy adjustmentof force to suit varying applications.
