Quickbooks® Web Connect User Experience

To start the import process, click on the Banking menu.

Next, go to Online Banking > Import Web Connect File.

Locate the file and click Open.

Choose the Quickbooks account that will receive the import. You can choose an existing

account if one already exists or create a new one, then click Continue.

The import is successful and the data is stored in the account. Click OK to continue.

Click Continue after choosing the view mode. You will be offered to view in side by side mode or

register mode.

Lastly, you can add transactions to QuickBooks at the bottom, or simply close the window and

visit the register.

To export to Quickbooks from the Banking Side

Login to your internet banking profile:

From the account summary screen, click on the account number:

Click on desired date range and click ‘submit’:

Choose the export format ‘Web Connect for QuickBooks’:

Choose Export, then ‘open’ which will automatically open QuickBooks:

You may need to enter your QuickBooks password:

You will then be asked to either import new transactions now or save transactions to a file for

later:
