1. Direct your browser to the URL https://bpprocon.bpglobal.com/ProCon/ . In order to access
ProCon, enter the your username and password assigned to you by the BP Contract
Administrator and click 'Login'.

! TIP: If you forget your password, click the ‘Password Reminder' link, enter your
email address and the details will be emailed to you.
ProCon will lock you out if try to login 3 times unsuccessfully! If this
happens, contact your BP Contract Administrator and she will take the
necessary action to resolve this.
2. In order to log off from ProCon, click 'Log Off' located in the Header Bar.

1. The name and the company of the logged on user is displayed on the header bar.

2. To view or edit your ProCon user profile, click the contact details link under the resources section
in the Overview Tab.
3. Click 'Change your password' to change your password.

4. By clicking 'Change Password', you will be navigated to the Change Password area. To change
your password, simply type in your current and new passwords.
5. Click 'Submit' to confirm the changes.

1. The tab menu area allow users to navigate to preferred areas of the system.
2. The Overview tab display shortcuts to user-specific alerts like Contract tasks, Contract
Reminders, Contact details, etc.

3. The Contracts tab display all open and closed contracts awarded to the company that the logged
on user is a member of.
4. Click on a Contract Reference to view the details of the Contract.

! TIP: Contracts awarded to the logged on user’s company by BP will NOT appear in
the contracts tab if the logged on user is not part of those contracts team.
5. Click on the ‘Make my home page’ icon to set the page as your desired homepage. Note that this
will be available only on certain pages on the portal.
6. To always navigate back to your homepage, click on the ‘My Home’ link on the header bar.

7. Click on the ‘Help’ link and user will be presented with a new browser window containing the on-
line help contents.
