1. Online Banking Enrollment

With Online Banking you can manage your account(s) anywhere 24/7! From your Online Banking platform you are able to check balances, transfer funds, make payments, apply for loans, check e*Statements, access Bill Pay, and more. If you are a Kasasa Rewards member, logging in here or Mobile Banking at least once a month is also key to qualifying your account and earning your reward.

You may have set up your Online Banking access at account opening. If so, you may skip to the next step in your Homework. If not, please follow the steps below to unlock your direct portal to HCCU.

From the HCCU home page, hccu.coop: 1. Click on the ‘Sign Up Now’ link below the ‘LOGIN NOW’ button. (Figure 1) 2. Choose your account type, Personal or Business, and click ‘Next >’. (Figure 2) 3. Enter your information as prompted exactly as it appears on your account and click ‘Next >’. If the information you enter does not match the information on your account, your Online Banking request will go into a pending status to be unlocked and activated by a credit union representative. You will not be able to proceed to the next step. 4. Create a password. 5. Choose 4 Challenge Questions and answers. As an added layer of security, you will need to answer one of these questions every time you log in to your account.

Online Banking Access Tips:- Your Username will be the same as your member number, unless you changed it at account opening or in the Online Banking ‘Member Options’ area.

- Passwords are case-sensitive and must have the following characteristics: . Between 8 and 32 characters in length . Personally identifying keywords cannot be used . Cannot contain any part of your name . Cannot contain your Username . Space(s) may be used but cannot be at the beginning or end of the password or pass phrase . Cannot be 1 of the previous 5 passwords . Must contain 3 of these 4 types of characters > Uppercase letters (A-Z) > Lowercase letters (a-z) > Numbers (0-9) > Special characters (#$%_-) - Challenge Question Answers must have the following characteristics: . Must contain at least 6 characters . Space(s) may be used but cannot be at the beginning or end of the answer . Cannot use the same answer for multiple questions

- When you click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the home page, a temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file for you. If you do not receive a temporary password, please check your JUNK MAIL/ SPAM folders.

- Once your Online Banking account is activated, all Account Maintenance changes such as Address, Challenge Questions, Email Address, Login ID, and Password can be made in the ‘Member Options’ area. (Figure 3)

You may have set up e*Statements at account opening. If so, you may skip to the next step in your Homework. If not, please follow the steps below.

From the HCCU home page, hccu.coop: 1. Login to Online Banking. 2. Click ‘e*Statements’ in the left hand side bar . (Figure 1) 3. Confirm the email address you would like your e*Statement Notifications sent to and click ’Signup’. (Figure 2) 4. Agree to Terms and Conditions and receive confirmation of your sign up. (Figure 3)

Accessing Your Statement After Enrollment: - Once you are registered for e*Statements, you will access your statement by clicking on the ‘e*Statements’ link in the sidebar (Figure 1) to open the ‘Digital Documents System’.

- There you will click on the ‘Statements (#)’ link to open your Statement (Figure 4).

- Once you have Statements open you can simply click on the date in the right hand sidebar to access past e*Statements (Figure 5) .

- Past Statements will only be available from the time you enrolled in e*Statements, not from the start of the account.

3. Mobile Banking Enrollment

It’s like having a full service branch right in your pocket! From your Mobile Banking App you are able to check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, message our member service department, initiate pay-ments with current Bill Pay merchants, and more. If you are a Kasasa Rewards member, logging in here or Online Banking at least once a month is also key to qualifying your account and earning your reward.

Your Mobile Banking credentials are the same as for Online Banking. You must complete step 1 of your homework, and make an initial login to Online Banking on your device before your credentials will work for the Mobile App.

On your Mobile Device, from the HCCU Mobile Banking page, hccu.coop/mobile-banking: 1. Click on the ‘Google Play’(Figure 2) or ‘App Store’ (Figure 3) icons, or simply search for ‘Health Center Credit Union’ in the Google Play or Apple App Stores. (Figure 1) 2. Once you locate the HCCU Mobile App, click ‘Install’(Figure 4), and ‘Accept’(Figure 5) all required permissions. 3. To view any Account or Bill Pay information Login is required. You will be able to view the Information, Security, and Help sections without logging in. (Figure 6)

Mobile Banking Tips:- You will only be able to schedule Bill Pay items for current Merchants. If you wish to pay a new Merchant they will need to be added 1st through Online Banking.

- If your password is reset, you must click “Clear Login” on the Mobile App and log back in to access the account. (Figure 6)

- Remember your login credentials are case sensitive. You may need to click the shift key to lower case as the keyboard on your mobile device may automatically capitalize the 1st letter when you begin to type.

Card Valet (checking only)

CardValet® helps you protect your debit card by sending you transaction alerts and giving you the ability to define when, where and how your cards are used. Simply download the CardValet® app to your smartphone, then customize your alert preferences and usage settings to monitor and manage your cards.

NOTE: This application is powered by Fiserv, Inc. but is activated through Health Center Credit Union.

On your Mobile Device, from the HCCU Card Valet page, hccu.coop/cardvalet: 1. Click on the ‘Google Play’(Figure 2) or ‘App Store’ (Figure 3) icons, or simply search for ‘Card Valet’ in the Google Play or Apple App Stores. (Figure 1) 2. Once you locate the Card Valet App, click ‘Install’, and ‘Accept’ all required permissions. 3. You will need to enter your debit card information and register your card before setting alerts.

Bill Pay (checking only)

No more writing checks, going to the ATM, or visiting multiple places – it is fast, easy and convenient! Pay all your bills in just a matter of minutes with Bill Pay! Set up account to account transfer, recurring payments and more.

NOTE: Bill Pay is a Check Free product. Bill Pay Member Service can be reached at 844-613-7328 between the hours of 7:00 AM - 1:00 AM ET, 7 days a week.

From the HCCU home page, hccu.coop: 1. Login to Online Banking. 2. Click ‘Bill Pay’ in the left hand side bar . 3. On your first login you will need to ‘Accept’ the Bill Pay ‘Terms of Service’ and click ‘Continue’. (Figure 1)

Once you are logged in you will be able to access the ‘Payment Center’, ‘Popmoney’, ‘Transfer Money’, and more via the navigation bar at the top of the panel, simply follow the prompts for your desired option from there. (Figure 2)

NOTE: Popmoney is handled through our Bill Pay platform. Bill Pay Member Service can be reached at 844-613-7328 between the hours of 7:00 AM - 1:00 AM ET, 7 days a week.

From the HCCU home page, hccu.coop: 1. Login to Online Banking. 2. Click ‘Bill Pay’ in the left hand side bar. 3. If this is your 1st time logging in to Bill Pay you will need to ‘Accept’ the Bill Pay ‘Terms of Service’ and click ‘Continue’. 4. Once you are logged in you will be able to access ‘Popmoney’ via the navigation bar at the top of the panel. (Figure 1) 5. Click ‘Get Started’ to access the Popmoney interface. (Figure 1) 6. Chose the appropriate tab to send or request money and follow the prompts as instructed. (Figure 2)
