ITOTS Data Entry Reminders
Intake date must be entered in ITOTS within 10
business days of the intake visit date
Medicaid number must be entered in ITOTS
Within 10 business days of intake date
Within 30 calendar days of disposition date for:
Children who don’t have coverage at time of intake
Children whose coverage is restored after being lost

All children birth to 3 receiving
other Case Management Services
must be referred to Part C

Other TCM Services
The EI Service Coordinator and the CM for the
other program must work together to:
Assure the connection is made between the Part
C Service Coordinator and the family
Plan transition of case management/service
coordination for children eligible for Part C
In the case of Therapeutic Foster Care,
determine which case management program is
most appropriate to bill for the case
management services
