NOTIFICATION OF DECLARATION OF A STATE-CONTROLLED ROAD
Notice is hereby given under sections 24 and 25 of the Transport Infrastructure Act 1994, that the road or route, or part of the road or route
described in the schedule is hereby declared a State-controlled road. As required by the abovementioned sections of the Transport Infrastructure Act
1994, the relevant local government has been notified and the declaration described in the schedule below is consistent with the department’s
transport infrastructure strategies.

MINOR AMENDMENT 03/2015
Notice is hereby given under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009that on Wednesday 21 October 2015, Fraser Coast RegionalCouncil resolved to adopt a minor amendment to the FraserCoast Planning Scheme 2014.
The Fraser Coast Planning Scheme amendment will have effecton and from Friday 23 October 2015.
The purpose and general effect is to amend Schedule 2 – ZoneMap ZM-002 and ZM-003 to rezone part of Lot 2 on SP268957from Community Facilities Zone to Mixed Use Zone (PrecinctMU6 – Maryborough Residential Airpark).

01/2015 CHARLTON WELLCAMP ENTERPRISE AREA – INTERMODAL FACILITY PRECINCT
Notice is hereby given under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009that on 22 October 2015, Toowoomba Regional Council adopted theTemporary Local Planning Instrument 01/2015 Charlton WellcampEnterprise Area – Intermodal Facility Precinct (TLPI 01/2015).
The TLPI 01/2015 will commence on 26 October 2015. TheTLPI 01/2015 will cease to have effect on 26 October 2016 orwhen amendment to the Toowoomba Regional Planning Schemeto incorporate the provisions of TLPI 01/2015 comes into effect,whichever occurs first.
The purpose and general effect of TLPI 01/2015 is to ensure thatall development in the Charlton Wellcamp Enterprise Area relating tothe development of an intermodal and logistics facility is subject toconsistent and appropriate levels of assessment. The TLPI 01/2015:
(i) Suspends operation of the following provisions of theToowoomba Regional Planning Scheme :• Table 5.5:19 – Rural zone• Table 5.5:14 – Community Facilities zone• Table 5.6:1 – Reconfiguring a Lot• Table 5.9:3 – Charlton Wellcamp Enterprise Area Local
Plan: material change of use where in the Medium ImpactIndustry Zone (Transport and Warehousing Precinct); and
(ii) Applies the following provisions of the Toowoomba RegionalPlanning Scheme to the extent that development is for materialchange of use:• Table 5.5:9 – Medium Impact Industry zone• Table 5.9:3 – Charlton Wellcamp Enterprise Area Local
Plan: material change of use in the Medium ImpactIndustry zone (Intermodal Facility Precinct) where therelevant use is listed in that table; and
(iii) Applies the provisions of the Reconfiguring a Lot AssessmentTable as contained in the TLPI 01/2015 to the extent thatdevelopment is for reconfiguring a lot.
The TLPI applies to part of the Toowoomba Regional Council localgovernment area, being for the area described as Lot 1 on SP217792,Lot 170 on AG460, Lots 35 to 37 on SP175413, Lots 13, 19 and27-29 on RP24609, Lots 99 to 101 on A345, and road reservebounded in the north by the rail corridor and to the south by Lots 471to 476 on A34873 and Lot 157 on AG2455. The area that the TLPIapplies to is shown on the map as contained in TLPI 01/2015.

YARRABILBAPRIORITY DEVELOPMENT AREA
RE-OPENING OF TEMPORARILY CLOSED ROADS
Under the provisions of section 124 of the Economic DevelopmentAct 2012 (the Act) the Minister for Economic DevelopmentQueensland (the MEDQ) may perform functions or exercise powersfor a road in a priority development area the MEDQ considersnecessary or desirable to perform its other functions.
On 28 June 2013 in Gazette number 45, MEDQ declared part of6 Roads in the Yarrabilba Priority Development Area, temporarilyclosed. The MEDQ deemed it necessary to temporarily close anarea of new roads, including parts of Yarrabilba Drive, AutumnfieldAvenue, Wildflower Street, Vantage Lane, Grasslands Street andTreetops Street, for the purposes of a Display Village for theYarrabilba priority Development Area.
The MEDQ declares that from 30 October 2015 the TemporarilyClosed Roads (as above) except that part of Yarrabilba Drive,and as shown in the attached sketch, are re-open.

SALE OF LAND FOR OVERDUE RATES
This schedule sets forth the description of lands that on the 20 May2015 the Redland City Council resolved to sell for overdue rates. Thisis to give Notice that the undermentioned land situated in the Countyof Stanley Parish of Russell will be sold by the Redland City Councilfor overdue rates by Public Auction on the 12 November 2015,commencing at 10:00am (Bidder registration 09:00am–9.50am)at Capalaba Place, 14 Noeleen Street, Capalaba unless the rates,charges and interest plus all expenses incurred for the sale be paidin full prior to the auction commencing.
