information you may require should you decide to get involved in real estate here in Hervey
Bay.
This report is for you – so if you have any comment please let me know; if there is information
you feel is missing or stuff you love to see I welcome your feedback.
Each report will cover residential sales only; this includes houses, land, units and townhouses. You may note that in some suburbs there are sales excluded – we are advised by RP Data that these are sales that are classified as not “normal sales’ i.e. to a family member, sales where the prices have yet to be declared by the sales person or ratified by the Department of Natural Mines and Resources. Welcome to my latest Quarterly Market Report for the
4655 postcode for 2014.
Before we get in to the nitty gritty of the facts and
figures, it is with great pleasure to announce that I am
now the Principal of my own agency and delighted to
be given the opportunity to align myself to my new
brand One Agency...
It will be the same great service, same down to earth
approach with a fresher, brighter feel!

We always expect the Spring Quarter to be our best
here in Hervey Bay and in 2014 it is fair to say it has
not let us down!!
Sales activity has showed a marked upswing in volume
and whilst prices haven’t really done anything yet, it is
fair to say it is a great way to end the year and sets the
tone nicely for 2015.
