Delegates shall observe all rules and regulations of the event venue. Delegates that flout venue rules or cause any disturbance may be removed from the event and refused re-admission.

Cancellations: Should you not be able to attend the event for any reason,substitutions can be made at no extra charge up until the event. If a suitable replacement cannot be found and you’re forced to cancel your delegate pass, cancellations before 28 February 2015 will incur a 50% charge of the total delegate fee, before 31st March 2015 a 75% charge and in 15th April 2015, the full delegate fee will be charged.
