Terms of Engagement• Adaptive shall publish an

annual calendar for the training• All trainings shall be

conducted at Adaptive premise• For any specific program,

one client can nominate at most 3 candidates

• Training credits need to be utilized 25% in each quarter

• If due to any foreseen event, a scheduled program can not be held, Adaptive shall provide additional 50 USD credit to the client

• Clients need to purchase the program coupons in the beginning of the financial year and can spend the same all throughout the year

• Program cancellation / rescheduling charges apply
