11. Researchers/Moderators and Recruiters must ensure that all Respondent personal information that could identify a specific individual cannot be accessed by Clients and Observers. This includes, but is not limited to: last names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers. Any documentation or client accessible data that lists the research session Respondents should only identify respondents by first name and last name initial.
