Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics - Prestons NSW & Morningside QLD

Due to continued growth AHG RL are currently looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our Prestons based team for permanent Day, Afternoon or Night Shift positions.

Preferably with 3 years’ experience working with prime moves within the transport industry. You will be part of the Workshop Team working primarily on our fleet of prime movers, performing general servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with NHVAS guidelines.

You will need to be: - A fully qualified Diesel Mechanic - Able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, or the ability to apply the skills and aptitude necessary to make a real contribution to the success of our Workshop operations - HR Licence preferred but not essential - Able to provide willingness to support and guide our apprentices and other workshop team members - Reliable with a great attitude - Prepared to work weekends & Public Holidays when rostered - Able to demonstrate a strong focus on WHS - Confident in managing and prioritising workloads.
