Due to the Judicial Emergency Order signed by Chief Justice Harold Melton regarding COVID-19, the Magistrate Court will be closed to the public for the next fourteen days.

We will accept CIVIL CLAIMS and GARNISHMENT FILINGS ONLY. These filings will not be served until the order is lifted. You can file online @ nCourt or by mail or fax.

All hearings will be postponed until the Judicial Emergency Order is lifted and we can resume business as usual. Our staff will remain available to Law Enforcement and to the public by phone as much as is possible.

This is a critical time for our country and for our county. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it is being done out of an abundance of caution for the safety and wellbeing of our staff the consumers we and serve.
