Dining Area - This is not a separate room, but adjacent to the Main Meeting Hall (a concertina door separates)

Dining Area 70 See above Dining room tables (x12) remain upright - you may opt to dine in the adjacent undercover area, in the warmer months

WEC Centre - Facilities, Equipment and Common Areas

Public bathroom Toilets only - Separate male/female plus disability are located adjacent to the undercover area

Undercover areas 4 in total - adjacent to dining area, cabins and hall

Lounge area The chapel has some lounge chairs suitable for quieter activities

Sports oval Yes, on the main lawn adjacent to East Wing cabins

Recreational area 2 undercover areas are suitable. Table tennis table in the larger area.

Heating Main hall has an efficient gas heater and cabins have heaters

Cooling The site is NOT air conditioned. Main hall/dining has ceiling fans and cabins have fans. Air Con (unit 9 & 10 only).

Wheelchair access The whole site is accessible for wheelchairs. Cabin 10 has w/c access plus there is a public disabled toilet.

Pay phone No - The QCCC office phone is available for emergencies

Free Wifi Yes, throughout the venue. Password given to leaders on arrival.

Laundry Washing machine plus dryer, iron and ironing board

Purified water Water is sourced from rain and bore and is UV filtered/purified

Tea/coffee Access available 24/7 in the dining area

PA/Sound system Is available (Main conference hall only). Please contact our office for details.

Extra meeting room/s Our QCCC Meeting Centre (seats 80) is available for hire, if you require an extra meeting room.
