Dual Awards vs Double Degree

• Malaysian HEPs must provide clear and adequate info about the nature

of awards and their conferment representations through the scroll or

the transcript and/or the Malaysian Qualification Statement (MQS).

• Students should be informed how they could communicate two awards

to potential users of the qualifications.

Bogus Universities and Fake Qualifications

• HEPs are to carefully examine the authenticity of qualifications

tendered by prospective students and academic staff.
