Isuzu's clutch plate structure features 17 components compared to nine in a popular competitor brand.

The cushion plate is an eight-piece design, which allows for greater absorption of shock when the transmission and engine are engaging in comparison to many aftermarket product offerings.

The idling torsion spring in the spline hub is independent of the hub flange which allows greater absorption of idling vibration.

Rather than using one torsion spring, the Isuzu clutch kit features inner and outer torsion springs which not only increases the life of the clutch plate but also allows for smoother clutch engagement.

The kit also provides a dampening bush/cone spring to provide consistent torque, while reducing noise and vibration.

ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT EXCAVATOR ENGINES

Common rail diesel fuel systems operate on extremely high pressure. These systems typically have an operating pressure above 2000 bar (29000 PSI).

Due to these high pressures, it is advisable that manufacturer recommendations are always followed. Better still, check with your IAL factory trained technician at your preferred dealer.

As a result of high pressure levels involved, if a fuel line is loosened off or if an injector is replaced, the injector lines must be replaced as the reseal of the injector line cannot be guaranteed.

In some cases where extra fuel enters the engine, this may cause the engine to overspeed, causing a mechanical failure.

When ordering injector lines for your vehicle, you will be asked to supply your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) so that the correct injector pipe can be supplied.
