CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING Pyro Novelties specializes in screen
printed tees and hoodies of all styles. Orders of 6+ colors per
design require a minimum order of 72 tees. You can mix and match
shirt styles and colors to reach that minimum, as long as the ink
colors in the design remain the same. Smaller orders of 2448 shirts
are available as long as the design requires no more than 2 colors
to print. Pricing varies by project, depending on the number of ink
colors required and the number of locations to be printed. There is
a set-up charge of $50.00 per design for the screens. If your
design is oversize or requires specialty inks or placement, then
additional set-up charges may apply and minimum orders increase.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY Pyro Novelties also specializes in beautiful
custom embroidery, using the finest of digitizers to achieve the
best detail. Your logo can be sewn on a variety of apparel from
polo shirts to jackets and everything in between. See our apparel
catalogs online to view the wide variety available, and we can
special order most brands if you cant find what youre looking for
in these online catalogs. Minimum orders of 12 garments are
accepted, but orders of at least 24 garments have much better
pricing. You can mix and match various apparel styles and colors to
achieve a larger order. The set-up cost to digitize your logo is
based on the number of stitches required to sew the design
(typically $4050), and at times is waived based on your order
quantity. Custom embroidered and woven patches are also
available.

We can purchase a large variety of colors & styles of stock
hats and sew your logo on the front. The cost to have your logo
digitized for embroidery is based on the stitch count required to
sew your logo. For a quote, please send us the logo youd like to
use and a description of the hat style you prefer and we can
prepare an estimate for you.
For a minimum quantity of 576 hats, we can custom design a hat
from start to finish. You select the fabric color and several
embroidery and/or embellishment details. Each cap will include your
own woven label sewn inside. The average cost per cap is $6.50
each, which includes all set-up and importing costs. Pre-production
samples take 3-4 weeks. Please allow 8-10 weeks for production
after approval of pre-production sample.

TERMS & CONDITIONSORDER MINIMUMALL ORDERS FROM THE 2015
CATALOG MUST HAVE A STOCK PRODUCT MINIMUM TOTAL OF $250.00,
EXCLUDING SHIPPING CHARGES & CUSTOM ORDERS. Reorders during the
same season have a minimum of $150.00 per order. If you would
prefer to purchase items individually or dont meet these minimum
requirements, you may place your order via our Retail Online Store
at www.pyronovelties.com.
We have a NEW Wholesale Online Store and the same requirements
apply, although each order placed online will have a $250 minimum.
If you prefer to order online, please go to the Buy Wholesale
section of our website.
PAYMENT OPTIONSPrepayment is required for all orders. We accept
payments via company check, money order or credit card (Visa,
Mastercard & Discover). We no longer accept American Express.
Checks must clear the bank prior to shipment of your order. Terms
are available for established customers upon request, and only
after our approval of a completed credit application. A 2%
surcharge will be assessed on all past due invoices for each 30 day
period payment is delinquent. We have discontinued all COD
shipments.
PRICINGEvery effort is made to keep our wholesale prices as low
as possible. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Formal quotes will be supplied prior to the production of all
custom items. Shipping charges will be added to wholesale orders,
including insurance. If you prepay your order by credit card, your
actual shipping charges will be included with your order total and
charged to your credit card along with your merchandise. If you
prepay your order with a check, you will receive an invoice for the
actual shipping charges as a packing slip with your order. Prompt
payment of all invoices is greatly appreciated.
DISCOUNTWholesale orders of $2,500+ will receive a 5% discount
in addition to the free freight outlined below. Please note that
this discount applies to stock merchandise only.
RETURNSAll products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing
defects. If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, please
contact us immediately. Merchandise may not be returned without
prior authorization, and all claims must be made within 72 hours of
receipt of goods. Any order refused or returned is subject to a 20%
restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred. No
merchandise will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.
SHIPPING* FREE FOR STOCK ORDERS OF $1,000+!! Most products
pictured on pages 2-14 in this catalog are stock items, and will be
shipped upon receipt of your order. Custom apparel and promotional
product orders have a variety of production times depending on the
product ordered but generally take 2 weeks. Wholesale orders will
be shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested, and shipping
charges will include insurance. All stock orders are FOB Lenexa,
KS. * Free freight applies to orders shipped within the Continental
U.S. only and freight charges must not exceed 10% of the
merchandise total. Freight exceeding 10% of the merchandise total
will be added to the invoice.
ARTWORKCamera-ready artwork is required for all custom orders.
We will make sure that your art is sized according to the
dimensions required for the item you are purchasing. If you need
assistance in creating your logo or design, we can create the
artwork for you. Art charges are billed at $50.00 per hour. In most
cases, supplier set-up charges are for initial orders only, and
will not be required upon reorders. Your artwork will be kept on
file for future production at no charge. When placing custom
orders, please call to discuss potential set-up charges prior to
sending us your order with prepayment.
