Process:
Phase A: Sprinkle Carbopol to water surface. Let hydrate then put under stirring.
Premix Sabosol RF and Sabosol SSE then add it to the mixture.
Adjust pH to 5.0 with sodium hydroxide solution. Mix until gel is uniform.
Heat to 75°C.
Phase B: Heat all Phase B ingredients at 75°C.
Emulsion: At 75°C, add phase B into phase A and emulsify during 5-10 min. Then, start to cool down.
At 35°C, add one at a time Phase C ingredients. Homogenize 5 min.

Scrubbing treatment under shower, Body butter scrub is THE solution for a smoother,
suppler and softer skin!
Thanks to an optimized combination of Prodhysoft® ABK and various Hydrobase®, this butter melts and slips on the skin when
applied. Prodhycire® P60 helps to rinse the product as the formula turns into light milk upon contact with hot water.
Enriched in Huile de macadamia, nourishing emollient, and in Huile de mirabelle, light emollient with a pleasant almond perfume,
the butter lets skin very comfortable.
A mix of Poudre de charbon végétal and GalicareTM PLA 350, polylactic acid beads,
provides effective exfoliation to perfectly smooth the skin.
Made up of carefully selected ingredients, Body butter scrub offers a concentrate of
softness to the skin:
- Linoléate de tocophérol
Lipophilic moisturizing active, concentrated in vitamins E and F.
- Prodhyskin® Réglisse HTOR
Oily extract of liquorice with softening properties.

Process:
Phase A: Under agitation, heat all Phase A ingredients to 65°C.
When mixture is homogeneous, cool down to 45°C.
Phase B: Heat all Phase B ingredients to 45°C
At 45°C, add Phase B into Phase A.
Mix until uniform.
Maintain temperature at 45°C and add Phase C ingredients.
Homogenize 5min then pour at 45°C.

Process:
Phase A: Under agitation, disperse Prodhygel® CG in water. When gel is formed, disperse Prodhygel® XT in
Prodhysolve® RS and add it to the mixture. Mix until uniform then heat to 75°C.
Phase B: Heat all Phase B ingredients to 75°C.
Emulsion: At 75°C, add phase B into phase A. Emulsify 5-10 min then start to cool down.
At 35°C, add phase C. Homogenize 5 min then add one at a time phase D ingredients.
Phase E : Premix salicylic acid in water then add it to the emulsion. Homogenize 5 min.
Phase F : Premix clays in water then add it to the emulsion. Homogenize 5 min.
Adjust pH to 4.0-4.5 with phase G and homogenize 5 min.
