Association I was held in the Methodist church I Saturday morning at ten oclock t About tweaty teachers responded- to the roll call and in the absence of Prof Cam who was unavoidably de ¬ tained on account of sickness Prof King of Reddick was called to the chair and Miss McCreary of this city acted as secretary After some interesting premlimina- ries the program was taken up and the teachers assigned to the various subjects contributed most excellent- and entertaining papers The Tampa Fair and School Ex- hibit ¬ was discussed by Mrs Bradford and Miss Cora Griffin Mr Green be- ing ¬ absent These papers were enthusiastic and at goes for the saying that Marion county will be well represented at the Tampa Midwinter Fair with a I crepitable school exhibit and the teachers are confident that the prize will be captured by our county Mr Gist Marion countys Fair commis- sioner was present and reinforced- and emphasized what the teachers said of the importance of having an exhibit of this
