    An urban caf and cellar that serves fresh wholefoods, salads, sandwiches, baked goods with single origin coffees and fine teas during the day, Pure is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and lunch experience.

  • It houses an impressive wine cellar that makes for excellent pairings with its small and creative dinner menu in the evenings.

    Single origin coffees are brewed by baristas that take pride in their coffee skills. Mild and strong teas are poured and

    sipped either inside or on the deck.

  • Ready to eat Sandwiches made with Artisanal breads, home made salads, cakes and baked meals are part of the all day

    menu, exposed and showcased on a large display on the lower level.

    Breakfast Sandwiches and guiltless protein rich breakfast options

    are served from 8 am to 12 pm.

  • The upper level houses the wine cellar with oak finishes in an otherwise starkly pure white, gold and beige interior. Low ceilings complete the ambience with dim lights and cozy corners.

    cellars for you. The dinner menu is small but focused on simple robust flavors that satisfy the palate.

  • As its name and descriptive suggests, Pure is stark, uncomplicated and unadulterated. Whites, Golds and clear water best describe it. Caf & Cellar bring warmth, wood tones of oak, granary, produce & food into the ambience.

  • The MenuResident Chef Siobhan Clarke, having spent many happy years experimenting with creative healthy methods like Paleo, Gluten free, Banting, creates the purest flavors and textures for Pure.

  • We bake our own breads daily. Whole meal, unbleached and the purest available flour from the organic Dove's Farm of UK

    is what goes into our artisanal spread.

    Alternate ingredients like spelt, quinoa, rye and oatmeal are healthier options for gluten free purity. These are used to hand craft our signature sandwiches. No fillers used, only pure

    meats, seafood and fresh veggies go into these sandwiches.

  • Natural, matured and fresh cheeses like ementhal, cheddar, burrata, brie, gorgonzola and camembert make up our salads

    and sandwiches. We make most of our cheeses in-house in our local cheesery. What we dont make in-house, we import

    from Europe.

    We source local produce from local farms and shorten the journey from farm to table to make sure only pure flavors come through. The meats we use are all sourced from farms and

    suppliers that use natural feeds and ethically breed their livestock.

  • Home made dressings and sauces lend a memorable and distinctly signature taste to the menu.

    Our preserves, relish, dips and dressings are all pure, simply creative recipes that add loads of robust flavor to everything you taste. Fresh Breakfast jams made with the purest fruits,

    chutneys that taste great on meat or seafood, all home made and fresh.
