Specifications 30-50 spaces for Craft vendors 15’ x15’ spaces (Must provide your own tent, tables, chairs. Court surface is paved, no tent spikes)

Fee $475 before July 15; $575 after July 15 Non-juried but wares must be pre-approved

Admission Admission by donation, suggested $5/adult. No separate admission for Food & Craft Court

Attendance Officially estimated at 30,000+

Parking Craft Vendor parking is adjacent to exhibit court with PASS only.

Restrooms Portalets available. Indoor public rest rooms limited.

Promotions Pumpkin Festival 2015 is promoted by press releases to all media outlets within 3 hours of Laconia.

The Terms of Participation below are all part of the online submission form, provided here for your reference. Note: we can no longer accept paper applications or paper checks as payment.

Fee: Before July 15=$475 After July 15=$575. All registration fees are nonrefundable after August 15, 2015. Only fully paid complete applications can be considered and will be reviewed first come/first serve until space is filled. If paying by credit card, please note that there is a $30 service fee.

New participants, please provide pictures displaying your products—a website link is preferred. Misrepresentation of wares is grounds for expulsion. Only items approved by Pumpkin Festival management are permitted. Returning vendors with new products must provide pictures also.

Booth space is again 15’x15’. You must agree to include carved pumpkins in the decoration of your booth.

Craft fair vendors must commit to being open for the entire duration of the festival, 10am-8:30p.m. You will not be allowed to set up until checked in by Pumpkin Festival management after 7am. All accesses will be closed for security from 9:30am until 9pm so please plan to remain until this time.

A 100-foot heavy duty insulated extension cord is required for your use. The Craft Fair is generator-powered. Pumpkin Festival 2015 will provide basic 100V-20A electrical service. No heaters, fans, crock pots, microwaves or other unapproved electrical items are allowed—this helps prevent overloading and power failures. If power is lost for whatever reason, reasonable efforts will be made to restore power but there will be no refunds. Misuse of the electrical outlets is grounds for immediate expulsion. Power will be shut off one hour after the festival closes.

Craft Fair Vendors are responsible for:Staffing your booth at all times and for any loss due to shoplifting or damages• Providing your own tents, tables, set-up and clean up• Disposing of trash in a receptacle provided.

All booth assignments will be made at the discretion of festival management.

Raffles are not allowed at Pumpkin Festival 2015. Also no solicitations, recruiting, distribution of literature or promotion of any particular cause, program or political candidate. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.
