Maximo Linear This station will feature IBM Maximo ® Linear Asset Manager which extends the capabilities of IBM Maximo Asset Management, and is used for managing linear assets within asset intensive and highly regulated industries such as railway, roadway, oil and gas, and utilities. Smarter Buildings IBM’s Smarter Buildings demonstration focuses on IBM TRIRIGA Energy Optimization. The solution provides key analytics through a consolidated, role-based view of data in two key areas — energy and facilities management — helping building owners, operators. IBM Maximo for Transportation and Asset Configuration Manager IBM Maximo for Transportation addresses the wide variety of requirement sin the transportation market including fleet trucking, airport, aircraft, rail, transit and public transportation. The Maximo Asset Configuration Manager demo shows the real-time calculation of both an asset’s build and a component’s life. IBM Solutions for Facilities and Real Estate Management Integrate the management of multiple workplaces, all from one location.
