Prices:all Prices are quoted in EUR
Payment:100% irrevocable confirmed letter of credit, payable at
sight with first class German Bankin favour of Bruker Elemental
GmbH, Kastellstrasse 31 - 35 , D 47546 Kalkar
Delivery:Time of Delivery is within 8 - 12 weeks after receipt
of purchase order and letter of credit /down payment.In case that
the Seller cannot initiate shipment within the time specified in
this contractdue to reasons the Buyer and/or end-user is/are
responsible for, the Seller will arrange storage of the goods at
the Buyers risk and expense. The exceedance of a 3 months storage
time will result in the beginning of the warranty period.
Passing of ownershipAll goods remain the property of Bruker
Elemental GmbH until full payment has been received.
Warranty:The warranty period is 12 month starting with the
receipt of the instrument. All faulty componentswill be repaired or
replaced free of charge, except for damages caused by customers
negligence.Working hours as well travelling expenses will be
charged extra.
Commissioning:The total price does not includes installation,
commissioning and training of the Instrument.The acceptance test
demonstrates the perfect operation of the component and the
system.It includes the issue and signing of the acceptance
report.Travel and living expenses arising during on-site
commissioning wll be invoiced.In case that mounting and
commissioning cannot be carried out by the Seller due to reasonsthe
Buyer and/or end-user is/are responsible for and in consequence
there of theacceptance protocol cannot be signed within 3 months
after delivery,the equipment is to be regarded as accepted and the
warranty period commences.
