ROCK HILL, SC -- CHERRY ROAD OVERHEAD TO UNDERGROUND UTILITY CONVERSION - PHASE 1

The City of Rock Hill seeks licensed contractors for competitive bids for Cherry Road Overhead to Underground Utility Conversion - Phase 1 project due by 2:00pm on May 16, 2017 in the City Operations Center Purchasing Conference Room at 757 S. Anderson Road, Building 103 Rock Hill, SC 29730. The Cherry Road Overhead to Underground Utility Conversion – Phase 1 project limits extend from Richland Street to approximately 150 feet north of Oakland Avenue. The project involves demolition of existing sidewalk, retaining walls, and other exist-ing features, installation of underground conduits, junction boxes, curb and gutter, reconstruction of sidewalk and storm sewer, grading, seeding and erosion control. The successful Contractor will be required to coordinate with the City of Rock Hill personnel and directional drilling contractor to connect the direct bury conduits included in this contract with conduit systems installed by directional drill methods.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the Engineer, Campco Engineering, Inc., 156 Oakland Avenue, Rock Hill, SC 29730, telephone 803-327-7121. Bid Documents will be available April 26, 2017. The cost of the Bid Docu-ments, including Plans and Specifications, is $75.00 for each set. PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

The Lieutenant Governor's Office on Aging will be developing a custom built financial and client services track-ing application. The legislature has appropriated funds for the project. The system will be used for to capture and track data on clients, services provided to the clients, the costs of those services, contacts, and case management. The data will be used for Federal and state reporting, program monitoring, and as verification for financial reimbursement. Individuals will be hired through the South Carolina IT Temp procurement contract.
