April Passport Program — Cruising on the Danube - Join us as we travel with Joyce Ostlund on the beautiful Danube River through five Eu-ropean countries at 11 a.m. Fri-day, April 25. We’ll see towns in the countries of Hungary, Corsica, Serbia, Bulgaria, Ro-mania and the natural wonders of Eastern Europe, where so many fairy tales began. Follow-ing the presentation, enjoy the annual spring salad luncheon featuring a variety of salads, breads, dessert and coffee. The cost is $10 residents/$11 non-residents. The registration deadline is April 18.

A Touch of Spring-Floral Design Class — Nikki Grund from Chanhassen Floral will demonstrate how to make a beautiful, colorful spring ar-rangement. She will talk about how to care for and arrange fresh flowers at 10 a.m. Wednes-day, March 26. The cost is $10

residents/$12 non-residents. The registration deadline is March 20.

Dream Interpretation — Do you ever wake up remem-bering a dream and wonder what it could possibly mean? Here’s your chance to find out! Learn a dream interpreta-tion technique and ask ques-tions about the dream world at 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 14. The event is free but call to register.

Line Dancing — Line Dance is easy to learn, lots of fun, and terrific exercise. Our instruc-tor, Annette Fragale, teaches at an easy pace to country, Latin, polka, blue grass, waltz, and contemporary music. She has taught and judged throughout the United States for over 25 years. Annette is trained and licensed in a variety of dance and fitness certificates. The classes will be from 11 a.m. to noon Fridays, April 11 through May 30 at the Chanhassen Rec Center. The cost is $52 resi-dents/$57 non-residents. The registration deadline is April 4.

Pickleball - Join us for a game of pickleball. Pickleball is played on a shortened tennis court with a slightly lowered net using a paddle and a small

wiffle ball. Please wear com-fortable clothing and tennis shoes. Pickleball is a fun and social game that is easy for beginners to learn while also fun for experienced players. It’s a great workout for all fit-ness levels. Equipment will be provided or bring your own. Play on Mondays, Wednes-days, Fridays, from 1-3 p.m. at the Chanhassen Rec Center. The Senior Rate is $2.75 resi-dents/$3.25 non-residents.

Defensive Driving-Driver Safety - This program is de-signed to refine existing skills and develop safe, defensive driving techniques. If you are 55 years and older, completion of this course qualifies you for a 10 percent discount on your automobile insurance premium. Please bring your driver’s license and your AARP card to class. All participants must pre-register. Payment made at time of registration. The cost is $20/$24 per person. The $20 rate applies to AARP members and the $24 rate is for non-AARP members. There will be a 4-Hour Refresher AARP Course from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday, April 14 and an 8-Hour Driver Safety Course

ORDINANCE NO. 593AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE

CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CITY’S ZONING ORDINANCE,BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANHASSEN ORDAINS:Section 1. Chapter 20 of the Chanhassen City Code, the City’s zoning

ordinance, is hereby amended by amending Section c. Setbacks of the Camden Ridge Planned Unit Development Design Standards as follows:

CAMDEN RIDGEc. Setbacks The PUD ordinance requires setbacks from roadways and property

lines. The following table displays those setbacks.

*The entire development, including the public and private streets and Outlots, may not exceed 35 percent hard coverage. Individual lots may exceed the 35 percent site coverage. Lots within the shoreland district may not exceed 25 percent site coverage. Lot coverage may not exceed those established in the compliance table.

Section 3. The zoning map of the City of Chanhassen shall not be republished to show the aforesaid zoning, but the Clerk shall appropriately mark the zoning map on fi le in the Clerk’s Offi ce for the purpose of indicating the rezoning hereinabove provided for in this ordinance, and all of the notations, references, and other information shown thereon are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.

Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
