Retired Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Chief Carson Tranquille is running for City Council to continue his long history of public service to the resident’s in District 2. As a former Zone Commander and Patrol Division Chief for the area and current community leader, Chief Carson knows the district and its residents well.
