Toll Road 241 to 5 Freeway Extension Plans cut as close as 500 Feet from CUSD Schools!Cut San Clemente in half with massive alignments thru Open Spaces, neighborhoods, next to SCHOOLS.

Dump freeway-size traffic on already congested San Clemente roads. Impose massive “Flyover Lanes” near current schools, through SCHS Stadiums, sports fields.

Toll Corridor Agency, (TCA or The Toll Roads), has already set up a planning process that gives

San Clemente only ONE vote out of 15 to decide about Toll Road Flyovers and Traffic impacting OUR Schools,

Students & Teachers… and home values, Quality of Life.

Education, even though 6 of our schools could be harmed.Research confirms students health and learning suffers.

Environment- Toll Roads double down on car pollution and ignore recent California, Federal,

and Environmental standards for reducing Greenhouse Gas production and urban sprawl…

Toll Road ignores Climate Change concerns in planning.

Discrimination - Toll Road fees up to $10 per trip discriminate against socio-economic groups of peoples… TCA users are disproportionately socio-economic privileged. Solutions should serve all people… and not discriminate.

Not the Problem! The 5 Freeway South is NOT even an Orange County TOP 5 worst traffic bottleneck! (OC Register June 22, 2015) OC Leaders should focus on a real Top 5 problem, NOT on what TCA private investors want to build to stay alive.

Not Even a Solution! Even TCA numbers say the massive Toll Extension would never provide more than an 8% improvement in southbound traffic under their own most optimistic estimates!
