Also be aware that Screen USA cannot mount any punches that createcenter holes / notches.

Electrical Requirement Legend
Blower Unit (Vacuum Unit) - Supplies a vacuum (airsupply) to the platesetter. One is furbished with everymodel platesetter.
Chiller Unit - Aids in cooling the recording-head in thePlateRite 8800. One is furbished with every PT-R8800 only! Not sold with the PT-R8600, PT-R8000II,or PT-R8100.
Incoming Power Supply - Example shown here is adisconnect. Although not required, a “twist-lock” may beused, or the platesetter may be “hard-wired”.
ONEAC Sinergy series UPS Backup - Provides anuninterrupted, clean power supply. Although not required,it is highly recommended that a UPS Backup such as this,or a “power conditioner” be used with Screen USA’sequipment.
* Power-cords are not furnished with the equipment.

*Failure to stay within this range may cause warnings and/or anomalies.
These are the recommended factory operating conditions for ScreenUSA’s platesetters and associated equipment.
Although these conditions are not always met or necessary, they dohowever assist the following:
Helps guarantee consistency and repeatability.
Eliminates any potential warnings / errors that may occur due to“overheating”.
Helps extend the life expectancy of the diodes.
