PT. PARTONO FONDAS ENGINEERING CONSULTANT was established in 1986 with the objective
to serve a professional consultant services in civil engineering and its related works such as structure
design, study, supervision, quality assurance, instrumentation, structural health monitoring system,
as well as for the survey and geotechnical investigation.

Founder
Dr. FX Supartono was born in Pati,
Central Java, Indonesia on the 2nd of
March 1949. He was graduated from the
Civil Engineering Department of the
University of Indonesia in Jakarta, and
has completed his Doctor Degree in the
Ecole Centrale de Lyon, France, with a
thesis entitled "Anisotropic Damage
Modeling of Concrete".
In the academic field, he has conducted many researches in High Strength and High
Performance Concrete including Green Concrete Technology, on which more than 200
scientific publications have been published in the national and international forums. He
has obtained the Medal of Honor “Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques” from
the French Government in 2004.
In the professional organizations, he has been the Vice President of the Indonesian
Society of Civil and Structural Engineers (2005 – 2008), and the Vice President of the
Asian Concrete Federation (2007 – 2009).
Now he works as the CEO of Partono Fondas Engineering Consultant at Jakarta as well
as the expert consultant for various civil structural design works in Indonesia and abroad,
especially for several large buildings and long-span bridges projects. However, he is
continuing to be a Part Time Associate Professor, mainly as a Thesis Counsellor, in the
Civil Engineering Department of the University of Indonesia and the University of
Tarumanagara after more than 30 years lecturing in both universities.

“Abrams-Fxs Model” for HSC mix design by
using silicafume.
b. Concrete rheological model, including
presentation of the “Fxs Non-Newtonian
Model” for concrete creep behaviour.
c. Precast and prestressed concrete structures.
