● Ryan Amundson. His brother, Army Specialist Craig Amundson, 28, was killed at the Pentagon in Washington DC. Ryan is a founding member of Peaceful Tomorrows.

● Robyn Bernstein. Robyn's mother, Roberta Bernstein Heber, was killed at the World Trade Center. Robyn serves on our finance committee and our Steering Committee, and is the keeper of our organizational budget. She has traveled and performed internationally on behalf of Peaceful Tomorrows.

● Derrill Bodley. His daughter Deora Bodley was 20 when she was killed on Flight 93 in Pennsylvania. Derrill was a founding member of Peaceful Tomorrows. He was killed in a motorcycle accident in September, 2005.

● Beverly Eckert. Beverly lost her husband Sean Rooney in the World Trade Center. She was instrumental in the creation of the 9/11 Commission, and was one of several family members who met with President Obama in February 2009 to urge him to close Guantanamo Bay Prison. Beverly was killed in a 2009 plane crash in NY while on her way to deliver a scholarship established in her husband's name. In Beverly's honor, Peaceful Tomorrows received a private donation that allowed us to step up our campaign for closing the prison at Guantanamo Bay.

● Loretta Filipov. Loretta's husband Al Filpov was killed at age 70 on Flight 11. Loretta is our membership chairperson and holds an annual peace event in her husband's honor called the Al Filipov Peace & Justice Forum in Boston.

● Terry Greene. Terry's brother, Donald Freeman Greene, was killed at age 52 aboard Flight 93 in Pennsylvania. Terry serves on our finance committee and is a principal grant writer.

● Talat Hamdani. Talat's son, Salman Hamdani, an emergency medical technician and cadet with the New York Police Department, was killed at age 23 when he entered the World Trade Center north tower to save others. Talat has been instrumental in our efforts to close Guantanamo Bay prison and secure justice for its detainees on our Rule of Law campaign. She has also been active in supporting the Islamic Community Center known as Park 51.

● Because her son was Muslim, the US government investigated Talat’s family as criminals instead of honoring her son as the hero he was. Also shown at his college graduation is Salman's father, Mohammad Saleem Hamdani who died of a broken heart over his son's death in July 2004.

● Colleen Kelly. Her brother, William Kelly, Jr., was 30 when he was killed at the World Trade Center. Colleen was a founding member of Peaceful Tomorrows. She launched the Afghan Sister Families Campaign in 2002.

● John & Elaine Leinung. Their son, Paul Battaglia, was killed at age 22 in the north tower of the World Trade Center. John and Elaine started the The Paul J. Battaglia Memorial Scholarship Fund in their son's name. They represented Peaceful Tomorrows at the Peoples UN in Perugia, Italy, in 2005. John is a former member of the Steering Committee and manages the Peaceful Tomorrows website.

● Andrea LeBlanc. Andrea's husband Robert LeBlanc was killed on Flight 175 at the south tower of the World Trade Center. Andrea manages our relationships with many other peace groups through the International Network for Peace and serves as a Steering Committee member.

● Valerie Lucznikowska. Valerie's nephew Adam Arias was 37 when he was killed at the south tower of the World Trade Center. Valerie is active in our quest to close Guantanamo Bay prison on our Rule of Law Campaign.

● Donna Marsh O'Connor. Donna's daughter Vanessa Lang Langer was killed at age 29 running from the south tower of the World Trade Center. Donna serves on the Rule of Law Campaign and is our Steering Committee chairperson.

● Nancy Meyer. Nancy's sister-in-law, Lauren Catuzzi Grandcolas, was killed at age 38 aboard Flight 93 in Pennsylvania. Nancy is a member of the Steering Committee and has served as Peaceful Tomorrows Director.

● Anne Mulderry. Anne's son Stephen Mulderry was killed at age 31 at the south tower of the World Trade Center. Anne is a member of the Steering Committee and current Director of Peaceful Tomorrows.

● Kristina Olsen Tynes. Her sister Laurie Neira was 48 when she was killed on Flight 11 in Washington, DC. Kristina was a founding member of Peaceful Tomorrows and was part of the delegation that visited Afghanistan in January 2002.

● David Potorti (right). His brother James Potorti was 52 when he was killed at the north tower of the World Trade Center. David was a founding member of Peaceful Tomorrows and served as Director for many years. He currently does grant writing and works on the 10-year commemoration.

● Andrew Rice (left). His brother David Rice was 31 when he was killed at the south tower of the World Trade Center. Andrew was a founding member of Peaceful Tomorrows and now serves as an Oklahoma state senator.

● Terry Rockefeller. Terry's sister Laura Rockefeller was 41 when she was killed at north tower of the World Trade Center. Terry was Director of Peaceful Tomorrows for six years, and currently serves as a member of our finance committee and a grant writer.

● John and Beverly Titus. Their daughter Alicia Titus was 28 years old when she died while serving as a flight attendant aboard flight 175, which hit the south tower of the World Trade Center. John and Beverly have established the Alicia Titus Memorial Peace Fund to honor all those who have died from political violence. John is a former Steering Committee member.

● Bruce Wallace. Bruce's nephew, State Supreme Court Officer Mitch Wallace, was killed at the south tower of the World Trade Center while he was taking injured civilians to the street for medical care. Bruce is a former Steering Committee member and Director of 121Contact, an organization working to build communication between Iraqi and American students.

● Adele Welty. Adele's son, New York City Fireman Timothy Welty, was 34 when he was killed at the World Trade Center while trying to rescue others. Adele is active on the Rule of Law Campaign and a former Steering Committee member.

● Gloria Williams (no photo available). Gloria is the sister-in-law of Vernon Cherry, who was killed at age 49 at the World Trade Center. Gloria is a Peaceful Tomorrows Steering Committee member.
