I think we might be able to pace all the emails that are time-based to go out on Tuesdays and Fridays so that makes a bit of a routine and gives
3-4 days in between each contact. I'd need to look into this. When there's a pause because something has happened to Webster then we can
double the delay so then the audience notices something missing
