Conclusions

• PSpice is a powerful tool for analysing circuit behaviour and failure cases.

• Preliminary studies of possible improvements.• Care must be taken when fitting.• Models should be verified with data from several

events at different currents.• A library of models is needed for post mortem

analysis.
