Meus queridos, que felicidade estar aqui e iniciar mais um concurso fera
pelo nosso Estratgia Concursos! Trabalharemos em um ritmo forte e focado nos
conhecimentos especficos de Psicologiapara o concurso do Secretaria de Estado
de Sade do Distrito Federal SES/DF. Esse um dos maiores concursos lanados
nesse ano e esperamos, a exemplo do concurso anterior, que chamem praticamente
TODOSos aprovados. So 6.334 vagas, sendo 2.534 para provimento imediato e
3.800 para cadastro de reserva! S para Psicologia sero 62 vagas para provimento
imediato e 93 vagas para formao de cadastro de reserva!!! Quantos desses
alunos sero nossos? TODOS! Esse ser a nossa meta, ter a maior quantidade de
alunos aprovados em um nico concurso de psicologia da histria dos concursos de
psicologia do Brasil1.

Quem sou eu
Meu nome Alyson Barros, sou o professor do Estratgia Concursos
praticamente desde a fundao. Leciono, entre outras disciplinas, Sade,
Psicologia, Gesto de Pessoas e Direitos Humanos. J fui aprovado em alguns
concursos e atualmente sou Analista de Planejamento e Oramento, lotado no
Departamento de Planejamento, da Secretaria de Planejamento e Investimentos
Estratgicos, do Ministrio do Planejamento, Oramento e Gesto. tanto
planejamento que chega at a faltar isso no Ministrio Enfim Sou psiclogo
formado pela brilhante Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, especialista
em neuropsicologia, especialista em Gesto Pblica, mestre em avaliao
psicolgica, bl, bl... O currculo acadmico o que menos interessa aqui, eu
quero saber mesmo de aprovao em concurso!!!
Quem me conhece sabe que todo curso que organizo aqui em nossa casa
tem uma meta bastante ambiciosa e, claro, vivel: eu quero meus alunos entre os
primeiros lugares desse concurso. A preparao que teremos aqui no ser s
para voc responder algumas questes, mas para responder a todas as questes da
rea de psicologia! O esforo srio e forte para que voc gabarite as questes de
psicologia. Pelo meu histrico como professor e pelo histrico da banca,

Vamos falar da banca e do edital?
A Banca Iades
A banco do nosso concurso ser o Instituto Americano
de Desenvolvimento Iades. uma banca recente e que,
segundo o prprio site, j coordenou mais de 65 concursos
pblicos com quantidade total de candidatos superior a 700 mil pessoas em todo o

territrio nacional. Os nmeros parecem impressionantes, no parecem? Na
verdade, a banca no tem ganho notoriedade nos ltimos dois anos e vemcrescendo bastante, mas ainda no estabeleceu uma tradio consolidada em
termos de extenso banco de questes aplicadas, especialmente em nossa rea.
Nos importa saber apenas duas coisas, quantas questes do Iades temos
para responder e como a banca. Fiz o trabalho braal de levantar todas as provas
na rea de psicologia do Iades desde 2012. Temos quase 80 questes da banca
que sero trabalhadas ao longo de nosso curso. Quantas sero trabalhadas nas
questes de hoje? Nenhuma. Sim, nenhuma. Temos poucas questes do Iades e
elas comearo a ser disponibilizadas somente a partir da aula 1 (tenho de ter
tambm esse diferencial para o nosso aluno matriculado). Temos poucas questes,
mas veremos todas!
Mas Alyson, assim no temos condies de treinar com a banca? Com a
banca, realmente no, mas para a banca sim. Apesar da garimpagem que fiz dessas
questes todas sero disponibilizadas ao longo de nosso curso trabalharemos,
evidentemente, com questes de outras bancas com estilo parecido com o Iades.
A Banca boa? Sim, boa e bastante honesta! Est longe de ser uma banca
ruim na rea de psicologia, como a FUNRIO e a FGV (Aleluia!)
E qual o estilo da banca? Na rea de psicologia muuuuito tranquila para
quem estudou bem os contedos. uma banca que mede os contedos e
honesta com quem realmente dedicou-se aos estudos. No teremos dificuldades
com ela. No uma banca que apela para a decoreba ou para a interpretao, mas
que tem uma clara nfase no domnio conceitual e em alguns autores (que veremos
ao longo do curso).

Sobre o EditalSo 6.334 vagas, 20% para portadores de necessidades especiais. Na nossa
rea (Psiclogo Clnico), so 62 vagas para provimento imediato e 93 vagas para
formao de cadastro de reserva. Temos quase 100% de certeza que chamaro
todos os aprovados nessas vagas at 2017 (se tivermos sorte, chamaro at mais).
Segundo o edital:
O cronograma de nomeaes dos candidatos aprovados no
certame, objeto deste edital, prev a nomeao das vagas oferecidas
para provimento imediato, da seguinte forma: 40% (quarenta por
cento) para o ano de 2015, 30% (trinta por cento) para o ano de 2016
e 30% (trinta por cento) para o ano de 2017.
Veja o que o edital fala sobre a descrio das atividades:
Descrio sumria das atividades: planejar, coordenar, controlar,
avaliar e executar atividades relacionadas e especficas e/ou exclusivas
do Psiclogo relacionadas ao desenvolvimento emocional e os
processos mentais e de adaptao social e acompanh-los durante o
processo de tratamento de acordo com o Cdigo de tica profissional
e a legislao; executar outras atividades de interesse da rea.
A remunerao de R$ 2.728,00 para 20 horas semanais. Mas, no te preocupe
com isso, segundo nossas fontes do nosso grupo de psicologia do googlegroups
([email protected]), pode adicionar at uns R$ 1.000,00 de
gratificaes nos primeiros meses (GIABS, auxlios, etc.). Alm disso, essa remunerao
para 20 horas, quem passar poder trabalhar 20, 24, 30 ou 40 horas semanais7.

As inscries ainda sero abertas (a partir do dia 6 de junho) e custam R$
42,00. Devem ser feitas atravs do site do Iades.As provas sero realizadas em 7 de setembro e no teremos prova discursiva!
Apenas prova objetiva! Nada de redao! So 50 questes de mltipla escolha (5
alternativas).
Ateno: como a quantidade de candidatos ser grande, uma questo a mais ou a
menos pode representar 100 posies a mais ou a menos, por isso no despreze
qualquer matria ou contedo para esse concurso do SES/DF.
No ltimo concurso foram mais de 110 mil inscritos. Nesse, muito
seguramente, teremos algo prximo de 150 mil inscritos, pode apostar! Quantos
