    3.4 IF there is indication of leakage other than Service Water,THEN INITIATE leakrate IAW S2.OP-SO.RC-0004(Q),Identifying and Measuring Leakage.

    3.5 IF there is indication of Service Water leakage,THEN:

    A. STOP the affected CFCU.

    CAUTION Isolating a CFCU from the control room with the SW58 and SW72 valves also isolatesSW overpressure protection for the CFCU. These valves should only be used whenthere is a SW leak requiring immediate isolation.

    B. ISOLATE the affected CFCU IAW S2.OP-SO.SW-0005(Q),Service Water System Operation.

    C. INITIATE a NOTF IAW LS-AA-120, Issue Identification

    and Screening Process.
