Psalm (Salmos) 119:18Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous

things from Your Torah.

Page 3: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Focus ?’s

•Why do the Jewish people not see that Yeshua is the messiah?•Do we see an example in the Torah?•When will they, as a people, see?

Page 4: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 42:8So Joseph recognized his brothers, but

they did not recognize him.

Page 5: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Romans (Romanos) 11:7-8What then? Israel has not obtained what it

seeks; but the elect have obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

Just as it is written: "Elohim has given them a spirit of stupor, Eyes that they should not see

and ears that they should not hear, to this very day.” (Example?)

Page 6: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Numbers (Numeros) 12:6Then He said, "Hear now My words: If there

is a prophet among you, I, YHVH, make

Myself known to him in a vision; I speak

to him in a dream.”

Page 7: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:3Now Israel loved Joseph more than all

his children, because he [was] the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of [many]

colors.

Page 8: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:5-6Now Joseph had a dream, and he told [it] to his brothers; and they hated him even more.So he said to them, "Please hear this dream

which I have dreamed…”

Page 9: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:8And his brothers said to him, "Shall you

indeed reign over us? Or shall you indeed have dominion over us?" So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.

Page 10: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:9Then he dreamed still another dream and

told it to his brothers, and said, "Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed

down to me."

Page 11: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:10-11

So he told [it] to his father and his brothers; and

his father rebuked him and said to him, "What [is]

this dream that you have dreamed? Shall your

mother and I and your brothers indeed come to

bow down to the earth before you?"

And his brothers envied him, but his father kept

the matter [in mind].

(Why? Why do the brothers not see?)

Page 12: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 7:3-5His brothers therefore said to him, "Depart from here and go into Judea, that your disciples also

may see the works that you are doing. For no one does anything in secret while he

himself seeks to be known openly. If You do these things, show Yourself to the world."

For even his brothers did not believe in him.

Page 13: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 6:41-42The Jews then complained about him,

because he said, "I am the bread which came down from heaven."

And they said, "Is not this Yeshua, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know?

How is it then that he says, 'I have come down from heaven'?” (Born where?)

Page 14: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Matthew (Mateo) 13:54-55When he had come to his own country, he taught

them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished and said, "Where did this man get this

wisdom and [these] mighty works? Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not his mother

called Mary? And his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas?”

Page 15: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Matthew (Mateo) 13:57So they were offended at him. But Yeshua

said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his

own house."

Page 16: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:13-14

And Israel said to Joseph, "Are not your brothers

feeding [the flock] in Shechem? Come, I will send

you to them." So he said to him, "Here I am."

Then he said to him, "Please go and see if it is well

with your brothers and well with the flocks, and

bring back word to me." So he sent him out of the

Valley of Hebron, and he went to Shechem.

Page 17: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 8:29And He who sent me is with me. The Father has not left me alone, for I always do those

things that please Him.

Page 18: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:18-20Now when they saw him afar off, even before he

came near them, they conspired against him to kill him. Then they said to one another, "Look, this

dreamer is coming!Come therefore, let us now kill him and cast him into some pit; and we shall say, 'Some wild beast has devoured him.' We shall see what will

become of his dreams!"

Page 19: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 11:49-50And one of them, Caiaphas, being high priest that year, said to them, "You know nothing at

all, nor do you consider that it is expedient for us that one man should die for the

people, and not that the whole nation should perish."

Page 20: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 11:51-53Now this he did not say on his own authority; but

being high priest that year he prophesied that Yeshua would die for the nation,

and not for that nation only, but also that he would gather together in one the children of

Elohim who were scattered abroad. Then, from that day on, they plotted to put him to

death.

Page 21: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:25And they sat down to eat a meal. Then they lifted their eyes and looked, and there was a company of Ishmaelites, coming from

Gilead with their camels, bearing spices, balm, and myrrh, on their way to carry

[them] down to Egypt.(What was eaten after Messiah died? Clue?)

Page 22: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:31So they took Joseph's tunic, killed a kid of the

goats, and dipped the tunic in the blood.(Lamb can be taken from sheep or goats)

Page 23: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 37:26-27So Judah said to his brothers, "What profit [is there] if we kill our brother and conceal his

blood? "Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon

him, for he [is] our brother [and] our flesh.”And his brothers listened.

(Judas and ??)

Page 24: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 18:30-31

They answered and said to him, "If he were

not an evildoer, we would not have delivered

him up to you."

Then Pilate said to them, "You take him and

judge him according to your law." Therefore

the Jews said to him, "It is not lawful for us to

put anyone to death…"

Page 25: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

In prison- On the tree

•2 people have dreams•1 judged & the other spared and lifted up

•2 people hung with him•1 judged & the other spared and lifted up

Genesis 41:14Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and

they brought him quickly out of the dungeon; and he shaved, changed his clothing, and

came to Pharaoh.

Page 27: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 41:16So Joseph answered Pharaoh, saying, "It is

not in me; Elohim will give Pharaoh an answer of peace.”

(Not my words/works)

Page 28: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 14:10"Do you not believe that I am in the Father,

and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does the

works.”

Page 29: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 41:38-39And Pharaoh said to his servants, "Can we

find [such a one] as this, a man in whom [is] the Spirit of Elohim?"

Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, "Inasmuch as Elohim has shown you all this, [there is] no

one as discerning and wise as you.”

Page 30: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 41:37So the advice was good in the eyes of

Pharaoh and in the eyes of all his servants.

Page 31: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Matthew (Mateo) 27:54So when the centurion and those with him,

who were guarding Yeshua, saw the earthquake and the things that had

happened, they feared greatly, saying, "Truly this was the Son of Elohim!"

Page 32: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 41:42Then Pharaoh took his signet ring off his hand and put it on Joseph's hand; and he

clothed him in garments of fine linen and put a gold chain around his neck.

Page 33: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 41:45And Pharaoh called Joseph's name Zaphnath-Paaneah. And he gave him as a wife Asenath, the daughter of Poti-Pherah priest of On. So Joseph went out over [all] the land of Egypt.

Page 34: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Luke (Lucas) 1:31"And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a son, and shall call his name

JESUS.”

John (Juan) 9:39-40And Yeshua said, "For judgment I have come

into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be

made blind."Then [some] of the Pharisees who were with him heard these words, and said to him, "Are

we blind also?"

Page 37: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

John (Juan) 9:41Yeshua said to them, "If you were blind,

you would have no sin; but now you say, 'We see.' Therefore your sin remains.”

Page 38: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Matthew (Mateo) 23:39“I say to you, you shall see me no more till you say, ‘Blessed [is] He who comes in the

name of YHVH.’”(Accept Yah’s plan and authority- Bow down)

Page 39: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 45:1, 3Then Joseph could not restrain himself before all those who stood by him, and he cried out, "Make everyone go out from me!" So no one stood with him while Joseph made himself known to his brothers. Then Joseph said to his brothers, "I [am] Joseph; does my father still live?" But his brothers could not answer him, for they were

dismayed in his presence.

Page 40: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Zechariah (Zacharias) 12:10"And I will pour on the house of David and on

the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn

for Him as one mourns for [his] only [son], and grieve for Him as one grieves for a

firstborn.”

Page 41: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Genesis 50:19-20Joseph said to them, "Do not be afraid, for

[am] I in the place of Elohim? But as for you, you meant evil against me; [but] Elohim meant it for good, in order to

bring it about as [it is] this day, to save many people alive.”

Page 42: Psalm (Salmos) 119:18 - arielcongregation.org

Leviticus (Levitico) 26:40-41“But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which

they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me,

and [that] I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies;

if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt—”

Leviticus (Levitico) 26:42“Then I will remember My covenant with

Jacob, and My covenant with Isaac and My covenant with Abraham I will remember; I

will remember the land.”
