What does the Round Baler Package include?

This package comes in two stages:

1. Start-Up Optimization in the field

• A factory-trained technician will ensure your equipment is functioning property in the field and achieving your desired goals. This includes the size, shape, and density of each round bale. We will answer any questions you may have regarding operation of the machine. Our purpose is to ensure you have the “know how” to make your John Deere sprayer perform to your expectations.

2. Post-Season Machine Inspection

• A factory-trained technician will perform a John Deere Inspection on your round baler. We will check items such as the drives, pickup, automatic wrapping system, belts, rolls, and hydraulics. Following this inspection, a Service Professional from Quality Equipment will review the inspection results with you.

When and Where will these services be performed?

Start-Up Optimization – One week prior to use, contact the Service Department at your local Quality Equipment location to schedule the service. If we haven’t heard from you by May 1st, a Service Professional will contact you as a reminder. The in-field services will be performed at the location of your choice.

Post-Season Machine Inspection - On December 1st, customers will be contacted by a Service Professional within Quality Equipment to schedule the inspection. The machine inspection will occur at the location of the machine

What if there are needed repairs that are not covered under warranty?

John Deere warranty covers any defect in material and workmanship, but sometimes damages such as wear items are not covered. In these cases, a Service Professional from Quality Equipment will communicate the anticipated expense before performing any repairs. We will also advise you on how critical each item may be.

At that point, it is your decision on whether to proceed with the recommended repairs.
