World is very poorly prepared for the risks that come from the climate changes.

European Union calls on its members to continue developing the national approaches and identification procedures, analysis and risk management from the natural and technical-technological disasters, taking into account future consequences of the climate changes.
A country that doesn’t file the risk assessment from natural and technical-technological disasters to the European Commission by the December 2015 cannot count on those funds in the financial perspective from 2014 to 2020.
