The basic starter system is installed with one passive infra red movement detector, one magnetic door contact and a control panel.

Professional security systems with lifestyle design and featuresThe GSM is fitted with a standard Sim Card to become an embedded mobile phone in the control panel. Control of home automation devices and two way sound communication can then be achieved from virtually anywhere in the world.

With GSM fitted the system can be programmed to contact the users mobile phone in an emergency or following an alarm event. The User will receive a SMS text message to inform them an event has happened, the user can then talk back directly to the panel or "Listen-in" or arrange assistance as required.

Professional security systems with lifestyle design and featuresThe system embraces new X10 technology via the home automation module.

Up to 16 240v devices around the home can be automatically controlled to activate or deactivate at preset times or on demand with no extra complicated wiring required. An X10 receiver is introduced between the appliance plug and it's normally used socket allowing the system to “communicate" directly to the appliance via the 240v mains ring.

The appliance can then be switched on and off remotely using a remote controller or by a pre-set schedule program, or by GSM Command ideal for giving an impression of activity when the property is unattended.

What you need to provide to have this system installed in your holiday home?

One free 240v AC 13amp socket which we will replace with a fused spur located in close proximity to the control panel location and a year long 240v Ac mains supply.

Your system has a rechargeable battery back-up facility, in the event of a mains failure it will keep the system operational for up to eight hours.
