This Warranty does NOT provide coverage for the following: (1) pre-existing conditions (conditions that existed prior to Your purchase of the SMARTSHIELD® Product); (2) any damage which occurs after the term of this Warranty has expired; (3) any damage which occurs after the termination this Warranty as a result of a SMARTSHIELD® Exterior Paint Care Repair or a SMARTSHIELD® Interior Care Repair exceeding the Actual Cash Value of the covered vehicle at the time of repair; (4) any damage caused by neglect, vandalism or fire; (5) any damage resulting from commercial usage; (6) any Consequential Damages; (7) in-home or at-home service; or (8) the cost to transport the Covered Vehicle to a repair facility
