    La evaluación es uno de los elementos que posibilita la adaptación de los programaseducativos a las características individuales del alumnado, en este sentido, permite ladetección de sus puntos débiles de tal manera que se tiene un conocimiento másobjetivo sobre los avances en el proceso de aprendizaje y se diseñan las estrategiasdidácticas pertinentes para brindarles la orientación idónea.

    Bajo esta perspectiva educativa, la evaluación adquiere una nueva dimensión puesto queno puede ser reducida a una simple cuestión metodológica, o a una simple técnica

    educativa, ya que su incidencia e!cede lo pedagógico para trascender sobre lo social" notiene sentido por sí misma, sino como resultante del conjunto de relaciones entre lospropósitos, los métodos, el modelo pedagógico, los alumnos, la sociedad, el docente, etc.,cumpliendo así una #unción en la regulación y el control del sistema educativo, en larelación de los alumnos con el conocimiento, de los pro#esores con los alumnos, de losalumnos entre sí, de los docentes y la #amilia, etc.

    $%ora bien y tomando en cuenta lo establecido en el &rograma 'ectorial de (ducación enel objetivo ).*. +tilizar la in#ormación derivada de las evaluaciones en la toma dedecisiones para mejorar la calidad de la educación y evitar el abandono escolar-" así como lo señalado en el eglamento /nterior de la 'ecretaría de (ducación en el $rtículo01 23 numeral 44/ +(valuar55.los resultados de la acción educativa desarrollada dentro

    de sus planteles, a 6n de detectar necesidades de capacitación o actualizaciónpro#esional del personal directivo y docente del nivel de secundaria" y lo puntualizado enel numeral 44/7 del mismo reglamento +&romover el diseño, generación y uso demateriales, recursos, medios e instrumentos tecnológicos y didácticos que permitanmejorar los procesos de enseñanza8aprendizaje-, la 9irección de (ducación 'ecundaria através del 9epartamento :écnico, %a elaborado evaluaciones para cada una de lasasignaturas que #orman parte de la currícula o6cial vigente.

    Las evaluaciones propuestas se presentan en un #ormato de opción m;ltiple, organizadaspor bloque y están preparadas para que los docentes que las utilicen se den a la tarea deconocerlas, relacionarlas con los programas de estudio, se apropien del contenidotemático de que se trata y las constituya en material #ormativo, es decir, para #ortalecer

    los aprendizajes tanto de docentes como de alumnos, en suma, #acilitarán a los alumnostransitar de la mejor manera en los di#erentes niveles educativos. (n este primerejemplar sólo se incluyen las evaluaciones de nueve asignaturas" en un segundoejemplar se incluirán las del resto de las asignaturas vigentes.
