NAME AND THEME EVENTSrdThe name of this activity is the "3 International Karate Open Championship

BKC 2017" with the theme :

“Building Self Quality for Achievements”

CONTINGENT

This championship is open to all college, club and karate institution members. In

Indonesia, the participants must be from FORKI (Indonesia Karate Federation), and

participants from neighboring countries are welcomed to take part, such as karate clubs from

Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, India and others.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Participant contingents can represent on behalf of a universities, schools, dojos / clubs or

institutions. If they're from Indonesia, they should be member of FORKI (Indonesia

Karate Federation). Overseas contingents can e from invited clubs / colleges of another

Asian Karate Countries to participate in this event.

2. Contingents are not allowed to use the symbol of college or karate organization. All

athletes must stick registration number on their backs during competition.

3. Each contingent represents a contingent

4. Each athlete can only join a maximum of 2 classes per person.

5. Each class can be followed by maximum of 1 (one) athlete per contingent

6. Opening registration began : July 1, 2017 and closed July 31, 2017 at 11.59 PM

7. The Committee CANNOT ACCEPT registration after the registration period is closed

for any reason.

8. The deadline for registration payment via transfer on the date of July 31, 2017 (Kindly

send the receipt of Registration Payment via email / fax to the committee)

9. Each contingent is EXPECTED to submit the certified referees of maximum of two (2)

persons. Referee confirmation should be made no later than July 15, 2017.

10. Accommodation of referee during the tournament will be born by the committee.

11. Technical Meeting:

a. Team Manager of each contingent should check and make sure of his athletes who

will follow the match.

b. Each team manager or contingent manager must re-check the athlete's data that has

been submitted to the committee.

c. At the time data is verificated by team manager or contingent, they are given the

opportunity to make correction to the committee before the match.

d. Every decision that made on the Technical Meeting is a mutual agreement and the

decision can not be contested.

e. Technical Meeting led by BOARD OF REFEREE and ORGANIZING

COMMITTEE.

VIII. SPECIAL PROVISIONS

1. Contingents must complete a registration form and pay the registration fee via bank

transfer to :

Registration Fee :

- Individual : SGD $ 20

- Team : SGD $ 25

2. Administrative requirements :

- Photograph of size of 3 x 4 cm (2 Sheets)

- Health Certificate from Doctor (must be signed by the doctor or Hospital that issued

the documents).

- Copy of Deed of Birth / ID / Driving License / Diploma Certificate / Passport *) select

3. If completeness is not in accordance with the actual data, it will be DISQUALIFIED from

the Tournament by the committee through the approval of the central administration.

4. All files must be submitted at the time of data verification on August 5, 2017.

5. The committee does not bear the burden of the cost of treatment for the injured

contingents, the committee merely recommended referral hospital.

6. Team Manager, contingent staff, Official and Coach are obligated to wear appropriate

outfit and shoes, ID Card/name tag all the time during in the tournament area.

7. Team manager, contingent manager, Official and Coach are required to attend the

Technical Meeting.

SYSTEM AND TYPE OF MATCH

1. System Of Match :

a. Tournament are using the new rules from WKF.

b. The Tournament using disqualification system from the early aged to Senior with

First, Second, and Third Place.

c. Tournament System and the Referee rules will be explained in technical meeting.

d. The Organizing Committee are not providing the tournament equipment

(gumshield, head protector, body protector, hand protector, foot protector, aka-ao

belts)

e. Additional or changes of the contingent members during the match is

UNACCEPTABLE for any reason.

f. Team Kata, finalists, compete for Winner, Second Place and Third Place must play

Bunkai / Applications Kata starting with 6 minutes of playing the Kata.

g. Should there only three (3) contingents that competed in one kumite class, then the

class will be played as an exhibition class.

This championship will feature 60 numbers of match that the class consists of 54

classes of Individual and 6 classes of Team Class :
