Proven Experience

Arilla Aged CareStockland Retirement LivingSouth Morang, Victoria

Arilla Aged Care required a new building to complement the

existing retirement village of 150 independent living units and

community facilities. The new building, a three level unit complex

with 36 self-contained dwellings required quality finishes and

planning, synonymous with a Stockland Retirement Living Project.

Sedgman Yeats provided concept design and design

development, review and advice on geotechnical reports, as well

as detailed design, preparation of construction documentation

and certification and inspections for the new accommodation

building.
